Overwatch 2: the beta’s website reveals more details about the game

One of the highly anticipated video games of this year is “Overwatch 2”. After a long wait, the developers of the first-person shooter title have finally announced more details concerning the franchise. The latter will feature a slew of unique contents including maps and a champion called Sojourn.

The first entry of the “Overwatch” series consisted of mostly 6v6 fights against other gamers. Furthermore, seasonal events provided players with different modes to try out as well as PvE missions. The upcoming project will be more centred on a story with quests that will allow participants to form teams of heroes and battle hordes of foes.

According to Activision Blizzard, gamers can start signing up for the beta of “Overwatch 2” next month. It will enable players to try out exclusive maps, the “Push Game Mode” and Sojourn. She will be 33rd playable persona of the series and a damage-focused heroine. At this point in time, the developers have not revealed any details concerning her powers and special skills.

For those who cannot sign up for the trial phase, they will be able to see more of the FPS game during the 2022 “Overwatch” League. It will feature four maps and reworks of several champions including Sombra, Bastion and Orisa.
