After having taken place online last year due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the 2022 edition of Gamescom will come back as a physical event. The latter will begin with Devcom from August 22-23. The following day, the promoters will hold a press-only conference. Finally, the general public will be admitted from August 25-28. Felix Falk, one of the co-organisers of the video game show has also revealed that livestream broadcasts will be scheduled. For instance, Geoff Keighley will host the “Opening Night Live”. Moreover, gaming fans will be able to follow “Awesome Indies”.
